We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at Prabin Agarwal Empowering Investors. This is exclusively for candidates with excellent proficiency in Hindi and English and robust organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update client records and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless workflow management.
- Assist with email correspondence and communication in both Hindi and English.
- Generate and analyze reports to support the team’s objectives.
- Manage data entry, filing, and documentation processes efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills,



including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
