In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Minimum 4 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role.

- Must have participated in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM / Time Labor (OTL) implementations.

- Strong understanding of Time Labor, Absence Management, Scheduling, Time Entry, Time Calculation Rules, and Approval workflows.

- In-depth understanding of workforce management business processes and related data flows.





- Proven experience in delivering Oracle Fusion HCM OTL solutions, including business process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Experience working directly with clients during workshops, fit-gap analysis, design discussions, UAT, and go-live support.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management solutions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
