Job Summary

Senior Associate - Business Finance. We are looking for a sharp and proactive Senior Associate - Business Finance to join the Business Finance team, supporting revenue operations, planning cycles, and commercial decision-making for the unit. This is a high-exposure role suited for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in commercial finance within a quick-paced ad-tech environment - while also leveraging AI tools and automation to work smarter and drive better decisions.

Responsibilities

Business Finance & Partnering

- Act as a trusted finance partner for the business, working closely with product, revenue, and operations teams.

- Support planning cycles - prepare monthly accruals, maintain revenue files, and build/update revenue and cost forecasts.

- Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend actionable interventions.

Commercial & Deal Support

- Review cost and revenue contracts to identify key commercial terms, flag risks, and suggest improvements.

- Evaluate deal structures - prepare deal-level P&L; templates, run scenario analyses, and check adherence to pricing/margin guidelines.

- Own periodic reconciliations between records, contracts, and actuals.

AI & Process Improvement

- Use AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)



to automate reporting, validate data, and build BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for real-time KPI visibility.

- Identify manual finance workflows and automate using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate).

- Support annual planning with data packs, models, and market research; document workflows for scale.

What Were Looking For

- CA qualified, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Tier 1 institute.

- 2-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, or commercial finance.

- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; comfort with large datasets.

- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI); exposure to SAP/Oracle/Anaplan or SQL is a plus.

- Sharp analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.

- Clear written and verbal communication - able to summarize findings crisply.

- Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
