Must-Have :

Must work on proactive automation and lead end to end.

From technical Aspects

- Identify repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and workflows.
- Take ownership of automation requests from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Coordinate with Windows, Linux, Storage, Backup, VDI, and Monitoring teams.
- Work with ServiceNow teams to automate ticket fulfillment and updates.
- Perform testing, validation, documentation, and handover of automation solutions.
- Monitor automation success and continuously improve existing workflows.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and provide production support.
- Drive automation adoption across infrastructure teams
