Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, operational analytics and GenAI-powered solutions.

- Apply AI to improve software engineering productivity through automation, knowledge management and developer-assistance solutions.

- Drive innovation from concept through deployment, transforming research ideas into production-ready capabilities.

- Provide technical leadership in AI/ML, influencing product strategy, architecture and technology direction.

- Collaborate with product management, architects and engineering teams to identify and realise AI-driven business opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience 7 to 10 Years.

- Strong software engineering experience, preferably in Python and cloud-native environments.

- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and data-driven systems.

- Experience building scalable applications, APIs and distributed systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous challenges.

- Excellent communication, collaboration and technical leadership skills.
