About the Role

We are a growing logistics company in the perishables/cold-chain space, looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to join our back-office team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable with day-to-day data entry, reconciliation, and coordination across teams, and who wants to grow with a fast-scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily operational and billing trackers accurately and on time

- Process vendor payment and payroll-related data entries

- Raise and track client invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments

- Use online banking/payment platforms to process approved payouts

- Coordinate with the company's external accountant/CA for bookkeeping entries (basic working knowledge of Tally required)

- Prepare periodic MIS reports and assist with reconciliations





- Support the team with ad-hoc billing and accounts tasks as the business scales

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in an accounts, billing, or back-office role (logistics/supply chain experience is a plus, not mandatory)

- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; basic familiarity with Tally

- Comfortable using online banking or fintech portals for payment processing

- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines in a small, rapid-paced team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
