Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across Java-based applications, SQL databases,



and Unix/Linux environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development and business teams, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage incident response, escalation, and communication during outages or critical events.
- Drive automation and process improvements using AI-driven tools and best practices.
- Support and maintain infrastructure hosted on AWS cloud services.
- Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge base for efficient issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards.

Skills Technical Expertise:
- 6+ years of robust experience in Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).

Operational Skills:
- Proven experience in production support and incident management.
