Your work profile
- As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- This role is specific to Salesforce Education Cloud
- This role requires the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, contribute to complex implementation projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a agile consulting environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Education Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds.

Key skills required:
- 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Strong implementation experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud,



and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata, Record Types, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and standard Salesforce integration frameworks.
- Deliver solutions across Salesforce Education Cloud and other Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
