Job Position - Sr. Account Executive (Freight Forwarder)

Work Location - Bengaluru North (Near Yelahanka Airport Road)

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Salary range - Upto 6.5 LPA

:

1. CHARGES SHEET - charges sheet prepared as per quote & ensure their is receipt of actual expense incurred for every particular job & sent to Billing team after that will checking & post the invoice.
2. DEBTORS RECORDS - Customerwise ledger is maintained in excel & accounting logsys, followups as per credit terms / date of mail sent / date of next mail to be sent & feedback of customer is maintained.
3. CASH STATEMENT - Checking all expense made on daily basis & accounting logsys.
4. VENDOR PAYMENT REQUEST - To monitoring the vendor payment and same is being accounted in system.
5.



RECEIVABLE - requesting outstanding statement and followup with customers for payment.
6. CREDITORS RECORDS - Party wise ledger is maintained in excel & accounting logsys.
7. CASH EXPENSES & OTHER EXPENSES - Staff conveyance, cash voucher, rent & maintenance charges & other charges booked in Logi-sys.
8. PD STATEMENT - We have to prepare month wise pd statement & we have sending to corporate for cost booking.
9. COLLECTION REPORT - Day to day collection report updating in excel file.
10. TASL DSR - updated with invoice No.
