- Hands-on experience with Splunk — building queries, dashboards, and alerts for application monitoring and log analysis.
- Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL queries for investigation, reporting, and data validation.
- Experience working with Docker containerized applications — deploying, debugging, and managing containers.
- Strong Linux command-line proficiency;

experience with system administration, log analysis, process management, shell scripting, and troubleshooting in Linux-based production environments.

- Proven ability to lead and drive incident bridge calls, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Comfortable with 24/7 on-call rotation and responding to high-priority alerts outside business hours.
- Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and documenting post-incident findings to prevent recurrence.
- Ability to build and maintain proactive monitoring dashboards and alerts to detect anomalies before they impact end users.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams — including Database, SAP, and Reconciliation teams — to troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-system issues.
- Strong documentation skills — maintaining runbooks, SOPs,



and incident logs for knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities* • Monitor & Maintain — Application health across production environments using observability and logging tools.

- Incident Management — Own and drive incident bridge calls during outages; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely resolution and transparent communication.
- Root Cause Analysis — Conduct thorough post-incident reviews and document findings to prevent recurrence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Database, SAP, and Reconciliation teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems.
- On-Call Support — Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous coverage and rapid response to critical issues.
- Proactive Monitoring — Build and maintain dashboards and alerts to detect anomalies before they impact end users.
- Documentation — Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and incident logs to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
- Continuous Improvement — Identify gaps in current processes and tooling; recommend and implement improvements.
