The Speech Language Pathologist role at SPASHT India is a full-time, in office position based in Indore.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults using standardized tests, clinical observations, and evidence-based therapy approaches. Daily responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members such as audiologists, occupational therapists, and special educators. The role also involves providing counseling and education to clients and families, participating in case discussions, and contributing to ongoing improvement of therapy protocols and patient care standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment and treatment planning for diverse client populations.
- Strong understanding of Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to design and deliver appropriate interventions.




- Knowledge and clinical experience in Language Disorders, including expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language challenges.
- Competence in managing Dysphagia, including screening, assessment, and formulation of safe swallowing and feeding strategies.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional registration or licensure as required in India, with adherence to ethical and clinical practice standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with clients and caregivers.
- Strong documentation skills, familiarity with evidence-based practices, and openness to continuous learning and training.
- Prior experience in pediatric and adult clinical settings is preferred; experience with autism, ADHD, CP, aphasia, and related conditions is an advantage.
