Essential Job Functions:

- Manage Messaging and File Transfer services and technologies.
- Provide effective management of MTS services for end users and application teams.
- Manage skilled teams and support onboarding activities.
- Handle projects, budgets, cost control and service optimization.
- Good understanding of automation and best practices.
- Handle critical escalations and drive resolution.
- Work independently and collaborate globally.
- Operate effectively in challenging and high-pressure environments.
- Robust knowledge of infrastructure management, availability and service quality.
- Knowledge of Incident, Change, Request and Release Management.
- Understanding of Vulnerability Management.
- Knowledge of Asset, License and Capacity Management.
- Understanding of Resiliency, Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Experience with project reporting, timelines and dashboards.
- Support resiliency exercises and application DR activities.
- Flexible to support weekend activities when required.

Qualifications:

- Eexperience: 10 to 12 years
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in outsourcing or managed services environments.
- Experience in Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator,



IBM Connect:Express and IBM Connect:Direct.
- Production support experience in Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience in business process creation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, S3 and PESIT protocols.
- Hands-on experience with certificate renewals.
- Participation in Disaster Recovery activities.
- ITIL V3 knowledge.
- Agile certifications.
- Shell scripting skills.
