Role & Experience

- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred; 2–4 years can also be considered.
- Solid project management and communication skills are required.
- Payments, banking, or fintech experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of payment flows is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 5–15 projects at the same time.
- Work directly with customers during product implementation.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Track tasks, timelines, and project progress.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of activities.

Technical Requirements

- No deep technical or testing skills are required.
- General understanding of networking is sufficient.
- Basic knowledge of APIs is an advantage.

Soft Skills





- Good communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proactive and responsible approach.
- Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with customers and internal teams.

Working Model

- Contract: 1 year.
- Work model: Hybrid.
- Shift: CET afternoon shift.

Overall The focus is on project management, customer handling, communication, and managing multiple implementation projects. Payments or banking experience is a plus, but strong PM skills and a willingness to learn are more important.
