Objective

Responsible for implementing and maintaining IND AS policies and procedures, providing guidance on complex accounting matters, and ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting

- Financial Reporting: Strong knowledge of the Ind AS framework, accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.

- Policy: Expertise in Ind AS compliance, accounting policy development and updates, technical accounting analysis, and implementation of accounting requirements.

- Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder engagement and communication with finance teams, auditors, management, and other key stakeholders.

- F&A; Tools &

- Data Analytics: Proficiency in finance and accounting tools, financial data analysis, interpretation of financial information, and insights-driven decision-making.

- Business Acumen &

- Strategic Orientation: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business requirements, manage change, solve complex problems, and align financial reporting with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review technical accounting,



financial reporting, and auditing memorandums, including analysis of complex accounting matters.

- Evaluate and determine the appropriate accounting treatment for complex financial instruments in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable financial reporting requirements.

- Supervise, guide, and prepare consolidated and separate financial statements under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.

- Develop, review, and implement accounting policies and procedures aligned with Ind AS and other applicable financial reporting frameworks.

- Assess and advise on the accounting treatment of significant contracts and complex transactions, including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and other critical accounting areas.

- Provide technical guidance and clarification on Ind AS matters, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of accounting standards across financial reporting engagements.

Qualification and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10 years of relevant skilled experience in Ind AS, IFRS, financial reporting, technical accounting, and audit.
