Key Responsibilies
- Site Execution: Supervise daily interior fit-out works including civil modifications, drywall partitions, flooring, ceiling, and specialized millwork.
- Vendor & Trade Coordination: Manage multiple sub-contractors, MEP services, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) suppliers.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials and finishes match approved design specs and adhere to hospitality/retail brand guidelines.
- Billing & Estimation: Review contractor bills, prepare measurement sheets, track project variations, and assist with quantity take-offs.
Required Skills
- Technical Drawing: Read and interpret complex interior layouts, shop drawings, and services integration plans.
- Project Tracking:
Monitor project milestones using scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial finishes, lighting integration, acoustic detailing, and high-traffic durability requirements for hotels and shops.
Core Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture/Interior Design.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years focusing specifically on commercial, retail rollouts, or luxury hospitality/hotel fit-outs.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and deep technical knowledge of local construction and finishing materials.
