Special Educator – Job Role

- Job Title: Special Educator

- Support students with diverse learning and developmental needs.

- Prepare individualized learning plans based on students’ abilities.

- Use inclusive, interactive and activity-based teaching methods.

- Develop students’ academic, social, communication and life skills.

- Provide individual and small-group support to students.

- Monitor students’ progress and maintain proper records.

- Coordinate with parents, teachers and school staff.

- Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities as required.

- Encourage students’ confidence, independence and participation.

- Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive learning workplace.
