Job Summary

We are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our spare parts department. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, identifying, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of spare parts and accessories.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of automobile spare parts, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the workshop, service advisors, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts against invoices and delivery documents.
- Properly identify, label, bin, and organize spare parts for easy retrieval.
- Issue spare parts to technicians/workshop against approved job cards or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, returned, and transferred parts.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, quick-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
- Assist in preparing spare parts orders and follow up with suppliers when required.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, specifications, and condition of parts.
- Assist with daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and warranty parts.




- Coordinate with the Service, Workshop, Sales, Accounts, and Purchase teams.
- Assist customers and service advisors with basic spare parts availability and identification.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and safety standards within the spare parts store.
- Update inventory information in ERP/DMS/software and maintain Excel reports.
- Follow company procedures, inventory controls, and 5S practices.

Requirements
- Plus Two / Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in automobile spare parts, warehouse, inventory, or dealership operations.
- Freshers with relevant automobile/technical qualifications may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts and components.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ERP/DMS experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Two-wheeler driving licence will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
