Role Description The Spanish Trainer will deliver engaging, structured Spanish language sessions to learners at different proficiency levels in an on-site setting in Noida. This part-time role involves preparing and conducting classes, designing lesson plans aligned with learning objectives, and adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners with tutoring and practice activities.

Responsibilities also include developing or refining curriculum materials, coordinating with internal teams when needed, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Spanish Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support varied learner needs.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to create structured, goal-oriented learning content.
- Candidates should possess Tutoring skills to offer individualized guidance, remedial support, and exam or certification preparation.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written), with solid grammar and vocabulary knowledge; familiarity with cultural aspects of Spanish-speaking regions.
- Prior experience as a language trainer, teacher, or tutor, preferably in Spanish; experience in corporate or academic training environments is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners and manage groups in an on-site classroom setting.
- Relevant academic background or certification in Spanish language, linguistics, education, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to plan schedules, meet deadlines, and maintain qualified conduct in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
