Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon for a Sourcing Specialist focusing on personal care and fragrances.

The specialist will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, contract negotiation, purchase orders, and vendor performance review.

Responsibilities include conducting market and category analysis, tracking trends, and collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and finance teams to optimize assortment, margins, and stock availability. The role also requires maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting recruiting and onboarding of new brand partners, and preparing regular reports and dashboards on sourcing metrics, costs, and timelines

Qualifications





- Candidates should have worked in sourcing of personal care and fragrances. Possess strong analytical skills for market research, demand forecasting, cost analysis, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, supplier management, and stakeholder updates.
- Candidates should possess contract negotiation and procurement skills to manage pricing, terms, SLAs, and end-to-end sourcing processes.
- Candidates should possess recruiting skills for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers and brand partners in personal care and fragrances.
- Relevant experience in sourcing, buying, or procurement in beauty, personal care, fragrances, or FMCG categories is highly beneficial.
