Sourcing Manager – Real Estate
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop recent Channel Partners (CPs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Generate property/project leads through CP network.
- Conduct regular CP meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
- Drive CP activation and business generation.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and booking targets.
- Maintain proper CP database and reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Channel Partner / Sourcing.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market preferred.
