Essential Job Functions:

- Support architects in defining platform standards, governance, and integration best practices.

- Guide and enable application and business teams to build high-quality solutions on Boomi.

- Monitor the platform lifecycle including upgrades, patches, connectors, and new capability rollouts.

- Ensure platform security, compliance, and monitoring are embedded in the integration landscape.

- Act as a trusted advisor for performance tuning, error handling, retries, and logging strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot platform-level and integration-level issues.

- Provide and maintain technical documentation related to the platform (architecture diagrams, flow guides, configuration documentation).

- Contribute to change and release management processes for platform updates and integration rollouts.

Qualifications

- Exp: 7-15 years

Required Technical Skills

- Deep understanding of iPaaS platforms, with hands-on experience in Boomi (AtomSphere).

- Solid grasp of integration patterns (API, file-based, event-driven, EDI).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid integration setups.

- Knowledge of common protocols (REST, SOAP, AS2,



SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S) and data formats (XML, JSON, EDIFACT, X12, CSV).

- Experience with platform monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Robust understanding of error handling, retries, logging, and observability best practices.
