Position Summary
The Supervisor, Business & Support Services is responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative support to advance the service priorities of the Department. The position is accountable for the delivery of subsidy programs, providing direct customer service support, supervising administration and concessions operations, supporting the operation of recreation and culture software applications, developing quarterly and ad-hoc data reporting, and ensuring administrative functions are achieved within prescribed timelines. The position will maintain quality standards in order to support service level expectations and deliver result
