The ideal candidate will bring a strong interest in influencer marketing, eagerness to learn, and a creative yet analytical mindset. With a keen eye for spotting digital talent and supporting campaign execution, you will play an key role in strengthening the brand's presence across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

1. Influencer Marketing Research & Support
· Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
· Assist in screening and shortlisting micro and nano influencers for campaigns.
· Support onboarding of new influencers for campaigns including product launches, awareness campaigns, and referral programs.
· Assist in coordinating with agencies and influencers for campaign execution.




· Maintain and update influencer database and campaign trackers.
· Support the team in brainstorming campaign ideas and content concepts.

2. Influencer Relationship Management
· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencers across categories such as Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle, Fitness, etc.
· Support communication with influencers regarding deliverables and timelines.
· Assist in managing ongoing influencer collaborations and follow‑ups.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Track influencer campaign performance including engagement, reach, and basic metrics.
· Maintain records of influencer campaigns, deliverables, and performance data.
· Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and summaries.
· Support weekly tracking of campaign progress and deliverables.

4. Industry Trends & Internal Collaboration
· Stay updated on digital media trends, tools, and influencer marketing best practices.
