What would you do?

Be the trusted strategic finance partner to Category Directors, Commercial GMs and operational leaders. Convert financial and commercial insight into clear recommendations,



constructively challenge decisions, and influence actions on investment, category performance and operating models. Success is measured by the quality and adoption of recommendations, not reporting timeliness alone.
Systems and Tools
Advanced Excel, SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA or equivalent ERP systems, TM1, Anaplan, SAP SAC, OneStream or equivalent planning tools, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent reporting platforms. Comfortable using emerging AI enabled commentary and anomaly detection tools.
Proven ability to challenge and influence senior business leaders on commercial decisions
Finance Capability
Strong P and L management, forecasting, budgeting, modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, business case development, promotional ROI and post implementation review. Knowledge of retail commercial constructs preferred.
