Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students about available courses and programs.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission processes.
Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.




Work towards counseling and enrollment targets.
Build positive relationships with students and prospective learners.

Qualifications
