The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Growth & Business Development Manager to help scale TechiZen’s software services business while also helping us grow newer AI-focused products and Foundry initiatives. This is a comprehensive growth role spanning outbound sales on platforms like Upwork, inbound marketing via social media, and technical content creation. You'll turn our developers' work into winning proposals, "build in public" content, and case studies that actually convert. If you want to learn how a software company goes from solid and get paid commissions while you do it, this is that seat. You'll work directly with the founder and core team. No layers, no bureaucracy, no waiting three years to get a real shot at ownership.

Own Upwork like it's your own business. Scout high-quality leads, write tailored technical proposals that don't sound like templates.
Run our "build in public" presence. LinkedIn and X content that turns our dev work and tech stack decisions into stuff people actually stop scrolling for.
Be the first voice a lead hears. Qualify inbound leads, run discovery calls, technically scope projects before handing off to the founder.
