Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and industry trends.
Help improve business sales and expand the overall business scope.




Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements
0–6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales/business development are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and other business development tools is an added advantage.
