Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will support the founder across day-to-day strategic, operational, and creative activities. This internship role is on-site and based in Gwalior, involving close collaboration with the core team. Responsibilities may include conducting market and client research, preparing presentations and internal documents,



coordinating with designers and writers, and assisting in project management and workflow tracking. The intern will help streamline communication, organize meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-ups on key initiatives. This role offers exposure to startup operations, content and creative workflows, and client-facing processes in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including gathering information, synthesizing insights, and preparing clear summaries and reports.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal documentation, emails, presentations, and occasional client interactions.
Organizational and project coordination skills, with the capacity to manage tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines in a energetic setting.
