About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern — Campus Team & Talent Operations who can help us build and manage the people behind CampSum’s campus expansion.
This is not a traditional HR internship focused mainly on paperwork or recruitment support.




Your primary responsibility will be to find the right people, onboard them, train them, keep them motivated, and help them become productive members of the CampSum team.
You will work closely with the founder and have the opportunity to take ownership of important people and campus operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify and onboard recent sellers, employees, interns, and campus ambassadors.
Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure new members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
Help build a strong and reliable campus team.
2. Training & Team Activation
Train new team members and help them get started effectively.
Communicate expectations, processes, and goals clearly.
Follow up with team members and ensure they remain active and productive.
Identify challenges affecting performance and help resolve them.
3. Team Management
Maintain regular communication with team members.
