Role Description
The Associate specializing in the Loan Settlement domain will be a full-time, on-site team member based in New Delhi, working closely with partners and senior advocates to manage financial dispute portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and negotiating loan defaults, credit card dues, and One-Time Settlements (OTS) directly with financial institutions and banks. The role focuses entirely on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and settlement strategies rather than routine court appearances. Responsibilities involve conducting negotiations, drafting and reviewing settlement agreements, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating closely with clients to protect them from unlawful recovery practices while securing favorable, RBI-compliant resolutions.
