Role Description The Telesales Specialist will work full time in office in Gurugram, engaging prospective and existing customers over phone calls to promote real estate offerings and generate qualified leads.



Responsibilities include explaining project features, pricing, and benefits, answering queries, and guiding customers through the property selection process. The role involves following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets. The Telesales Specialist will provide courteous, solution-oriented support, schedule site visits or meetings for field teams, and participate in ongoing product and market training to stay updated on inventory and promotions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
