Looking for Mainframe Developer - Freshers

Job Title: Mainframe Developer
Location: Hyderabad
- Work on mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot batch and online programs.
- Write and execute JCL jobs for application processing.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and production support under senior guidance.
- Work with DB2 databases and write basic SQL queries.
- Analyze application issues and provide fixes or enhancements.
- Follow coding standards, documentation, and software development processes.
- Collaborate with senior developers, testers, and business teams.
- Learn and work with tools such as TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and mainframe utilities.
- Skills usually expected from freshers
- Basic knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2 and SQL, CICS basics and TSO/ISPF
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn legacy/mainframe technologies
