Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business. You will help convert ideas into explicit requirements, drive execution through agile processes, coordinate across teams, and strengthen product documentation and customer feedback loops.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys structure in chaos, asks smart questions, and can turn scattered inputs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development Support

Assist in defining product features and requirements for new and existing products
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Develop user personas, user journeys, and workflows to better understand customer needs
Support creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specs, and use cases




Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development backlogs
Participate in sprint planning and track execution progress

Agile Process Facilitation

Act as Scrum Master for assigned product clusters or modules
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to agile practices and product development processes
Monitor sprint velocity, blockers, and execution risks
Improve backlog quality, prioritization hygiene, and workflow clarity

Product Understanding & Analysis

Build strong understanding of Unbox Robotics products, workflows, and system architecture
Identify usability issues, feature gaps, and improvement opportunities
Maintain internal product documentation, release notes, and feature libraries
Support product testing, validation, and readiness activities

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
Gather and organize prod
