As a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across teams while designing and evolving large-scale systems built for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. You will help shape technical strategy, influence product and engineering roadmaps, and guide architectural decisions across multiple teams. The role combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to solve complex, systemic technical challenges. You will lead modernization, technical-debt reduction, observability, and reliability initiatives that strengthen critical production systems. You will also help accelerate engineering effectiveness through the thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted development practices. Working closely with engineering, product, QA, design, documentation, and technical support teams, you will have broad influence over both technology and business outcomes.

Accountabilities:




Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of large-scale systems and distributed architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Define and guide technical vision and strategy across multiple teams, aligning engineering priorities with long-term product and organizational objectives.
Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence technical priorities, roadmap decisions, architectural direction, and investment areas.
Establish and promote solid architectural patterns, coding standards, design practices, and engineering principles across teams.
Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
