As an SAP HCM Technical Consultant, you will combine HR process knowledge with strong ABAP development expertise to deliver and support SAP HCM solutions in a digital transformation workplace. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. The role covers development, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across key SAP HR processes. You will contribute to projects involving system upgrades, data migration, and integrations while ensuring reliable and high-quality solutions. Your work will directly support critical employee, organizational, time management, and payroll processes. Accountabilities:
Develop, enhance,



and maintain SAP ABAP programs supporting HR and HCM processes, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand process needs and translate them into clear technical specifications and development solutions.
Design and develop SAP HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows to support business operations and improve process efficiency.
Provide technical expertise across SAP HCM areas including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP developments, identifying root causes and implementing effective technical improvements.
Support data migration activities, SAP system upgrades, and integrations with other systems and technologies within the HR landscape.
