We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Contact Center Shared Services Representative
In this role, you will:

Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and certifies customer understanding of those products
Take measures to provide excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by staying up to date on training and internal communications




Enhances customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services.
Takes ownership of issues and understands when and how to escalate concerns appropriately.
Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators while certifying compliance with operational risk controls and regulatory requirements.
Effectively advising, communicating, empathizing, resolving conflict and responding sensitively to clients.
Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every interaction.
Recognizes and adapts support approaches to accommodate varying levels of customer experience.Communicates effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

To be successful you will:

Must have education standard to full time Graduation, fresher to 1 year of work experience.
Must be proficient in English (Written/Spoken) with good typing skills
