About the Role
The Shift Leader - Process Area is accountable for protected,



compliant and efficient manufacturing execution during the assigned shift and provides frontline leadership to Process Technician Associates and other Process team members.
The role leads daily production delivery, GMP and EHS compliance, process control, shift coordination, people deployment, capability building and performance improvement within the Process area.
The incumbent partners with Packaging, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse and HAPS teams to deliver right-first-time production, reliable supply and effective resolution of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Process operations during the assigned shift and deliver the approved production plan against Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives.
Allocate people and resources, confirm shift readiness and ensure raw materials, equipment, documentation and utilities are available for production.
Ensure start-up, shutdown, product changeover, cleaning, sanitization and process execution are completed in accordance with SO
