Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Looker Developer with 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Looker, LookML, SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development.
This is a contract / Part TIme position for candidates who can work effectively in a client-facing and project-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Looker dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Build and maintain LookML models, explorers, views, and derived tables.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Design scalable and effective data models to support business reporting requirements.
- Work closely with business users, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports based on business needs.
- Optimize Looker performance,



including queries, dashboards, and LookML code.
- Implement data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Looker dashboards, LookML, SQL, and data sources.
- Follow BI development best practices, including version control and deployment processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, testing, and production deployment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members when required.

Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Looker and LookML.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Experience developing complex dashboards and reports in Looker.
