N n Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, anddevelop a global Exposure Management team. N
- Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of exposure management practices, including offensive security, attack surface management, and continuous validation. N
- Strengthen Identification, Prioritization, and Remediation processes. N
- Optimize global attack surface visibility across IT and OT through technology deployment, cross functional partnership, and process refinement. N
- Partner with security leadership to drive remediation accountability and adherence to risk tolerance thresholds. N
- Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team. N
- Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and exposure posture with senior leadership. N
- Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives. N

n n Required Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degreein computer science, information security,



related degree, or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit. N
- CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications. N
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology. N
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams. N
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization. N
- Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches. N
- Flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability. N
- Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams. N
- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving ability. N
