Role Description This is a full time, on-site Executive role based in Patan. The Executive will support daily manufacturing and operations activities, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring process performance, and assisting in quality control and compliance with safety standards.



The role involves preparing reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance. The Executive will help track inventory, follow up on orders, and support communication between internal teams and external partners. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in process improvements, participating in audits, and contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s clean energy goals.
Qualifications

Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities to support daily manufacturing and operations activities.
