Position Summary

The DBS Leader,



LSIG India is a strategic commercial growth role responsible for accelerating LSIG India’s growth agenda through the deployment of DBS Growth tools, commercial excellence practices, and cross-OpCo growth initiatives. The role will partner with platform and OpCo leadership to improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, win rates, chance conversion, and execution rigor across priority commercial workstreams.

This position will report to the VP – LSIG India and will play a critical leadership role in enabling LSIG India’s ambition to gain disproportionate market share, build sustainable competitive advantage, and strengthen commercial performance across India through DBS-led growth transformation.
