Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Mumbai, focused on celebrity sourcing and talent collaboration for Loft PR’s fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle clients. The intern will assist in identifying and researching relevant celebrities and influencers, maintaining talent databases, and tracking industry trends and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting outreach and coordination with agents and managers,



preparing briefing documents and lookbooks, and helping manage gifting, seeding, and appearance logistics. The role also involves monitoring social and editorial coverage, compiling recap reports, and supporting the team with administrative tasks related to campaigns and events. The position offers hands-on exposure to talent relations, PR, and brand strategy within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications
Strong interest in celebrity culture, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, with an understanding of influencer and talent ecosystems.
Excellent research, organization, and database management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to support outreach, coordination, and documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a collaborative, rapid-paced setting.
