Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform kit verification and BOM verification whenever assigned.
- Select, prepare, and place components as per BOM.
- Perform component forming and assembly independently.
- Perform both through-hole (TH) and basic SMD hand soldering as per work instructions.
- Ensure products meet Q3 and Q4 quality requirements.
- Identify soldering defects and perform basic rework when authorized. • Ensure production schedules are achieved within planned timelines. • Report equipment or tooling issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain required production documents and records.
- Achieve monthly productivity targets as per work-hour standards.
- Follow ESD, IPC, quality, and safety standards.
- Support current associates whenever required.
