Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds modules
- Monitor network, servers, and applications
- Configure alerts, reports, and dashboards
- Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues
- Manage patching, upgrades, and integrations
- Support incident management and root cause analysis
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SolarWinds NPM, SAM, or NCM
- Knowledge of networking protocols (SNMP, WMI, TCP/IP)
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
