Roles & Responsibilities

ERP Deployment

- Plan and execute on-site implementation of the School ERP system, including system setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with school administrators and IT teams to ensure proper installation and data migration.

Customization

- Tailor the School ERP system to meet the specific needs of the school, including grading, attendance, scheduling, and reporting modules.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and access levels based on the institution’s requirements.

Training

- Provide hands-on training to school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and IT staff, on how to use the ERP system efficiently.
- Create user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops to facilitate ease of use.

Support

- Offer in office technical support during the implementation phase to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of the school.

Documentation

- Document the implementation process and report any challenges or feedback for future improvements.




- Ensure all project milestones are met and deliver regular status reports to the project management team.

Client Coordination

- Liaise with school management to understand their specific needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Communicate any issues, concerns, or required modifications to the development team.

Required Skills Set

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly school-focused ERP solutions.
- Experience in system setup, configuration, and deployment is crucial.
- Ability to integrate the ERP system with other existing systems used by the school.
- Knowledge of configuring user roles, permissions, and access levels to align with institutional policies.
- Experience in documenting implementation processes, challenges, and outcomes.
- Ability to provide on-site technical support, addressing issues that arise during and after deployment.
- Ability to train school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and IT staff, on the ERP system.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any technical challenges that arise during the ERP deployment.
