Role Description The Software Instructor is a full-time, in office role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The instructor will deliver classroom-based and lab-based training in computer software and related technologies, following G-Tec’s curriculum and instructional standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive sessions, demonstrating software tools, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and assessing student performance through assignments and evaluations.





The role also involves providing individual mentoring, clarifying technical concepts, supporting certification exam preparation, and coordinating with the academic team to continuously update course content to reflect current industry practices. The instructor is expected to maintain a professional learning environment, track student progress, and contribute to overall training quality and student outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and Training, with experience delivering structured, practice-based instruction.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including practical knowledge of relevant programming languages, tools, and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills suited for teaching diverse learners and explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create and refine lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; teaching or training certifications are an advantage.
