Please find the JD for Solace developer :

Provision and manage core Solace objects: Message VPNs, Queues, Topic Subscriptions, Client Profiles, ACL Profiles, and Bridges.

Configure Guaranteed Messaging (Queues, Dead Message Queuing, Time-to-Live) and Direct Messaging patterns based on application requirements.

Manage message spool quotas, storage pressure, queue depth monitoring, and payload limits.

- High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) & Event Mesh

Manage and maintain Solace HA (High Availability) triplet nodes and multi-datacenter Data Replication (DR) environments.

Perform periodic DR testing, active-standby failovers, and WAN routing optimization across environments.

- Maintenance, Upgrades

Create, configure, upgrade, and maintain Solace PubSub+ software brokers
- Security & Compliance

Implement security controls including certificates, TLS/SSL, authentication, and authorization.

Define fine-grained Access Control Lists (ACLs) to regulate publisher and subscriber access per client profile.

Ensure infrastructure meets corporate compliance, auditing, and cybersecurity standards.

- Production Support & Observability





Provide L2/L3 production support for messaging-related incidents, including queue backlogs, client disconnections, and No Subscription Match errors.

Set up metrics monitoring, alerts, and observability dashboards using tools like , Grafana, Datadog, or Solace Insights.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for platform outages and performance degradation.

- Create and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with network, cloud, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Support application teams for onboarding and messaging solution design

Required Skills

Robust experience with Solace PubSub+ administration and support.

Good understanding of Queues, Topics, Subscriptions, Queuing, and Guaranteed Messaging.

Experience with HA, DR, Replication, and Event Mesh concepts.

Knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates, LDAP, OAuth, and security configurations.

Experience with Linux/Unix environments.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
