Role & responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications, automations, and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

- Build and integrate solutions using Microsoft Graph, APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and third-party platforms while ensuring security, compliance, and governance standards.

- Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, production support, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors.





- Solid experience integrating Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, webhooks, and standard or custom connectors.

- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, or other Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Power Platform.

- Working knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policies, security roles, connector governance, and least-privilege access.

- Proficiency in PowerShell and working knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.

- Knowledge on Copilot Studio and Agentic AI will carry an additional advantage.

- Relevant certifications on Power Platform would be an additional plus.

- Self-driven and highly motivated, Quality and deadline-focused

- Good written and oral communication/articulation skills
