Job Purpose/Summary:

Design, implement, and optimize AI end to end solutions for various applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Reuse already existing AI/Generative AI assets (libraries, platforms)

- Research and develop novel AI/Generative AI algorithms and techniques.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI end to end solutions for various applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/Generative AI research and industry trends.

•Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance and efficiency.

•Contribute to the development of AI/Generative AI best practices and standards within the organization.

Key Performance Indicators:

Adoption of Standard Practices, Innovation, Agentic AI

Qualificaton:

Master's/ BE degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning, statistics, and probabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Functional Skills/Competencies:

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.





- Experience with data mining and data cleaning.
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:

Experience with generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, RAG based).

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with data mining and data cleaning.

- SQL and Python, ML packages: scikit-learn, xgboost, keras
- Work experience with a cloud provider and the ability to construct data pipelines would be an advantage
