About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in AWS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting AWS services that underpin customer-facing digital experiences. You will work within a product-oriented POD to build serverless ETL services, database solutions, APIs, and data cache capabilities that enhance platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Product Information Management (PIM), Coveo Search, and other digital experience tools.

Your expertise will ensure that product data, content, search, and customer experience services are reliable, scalable, secure, and optimized for high-performance delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the architecture of complex cloud-native solutions and contribute significantly to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least six years of relevant experience in cloud-native application development. Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS serverless architectures using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, Glue, DynamoDB, Aurora, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM is essential. Candidates should have a strong background in building data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration,



along with expertise in API development and management, including REST and Graph APIs.

Experience working with AWS database services, data modeling, and graph database concepts is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with integrating AWS solutions with digital experience platforms like AEM, PIM, Coveo Search, and eCommerce systems is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js or Python, along with a solid understanding of event-driven architecture, microservices, and cloud security practices, is crucial.

Candidates should also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Within this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AWS services that support a wide range of digital experiences including websites, content management systems, search platforms, and eCommerce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and building serverless ETL services that facilitate data extraction, transformation, normalization, and delivery to downstream platforms. You will support and optimize the product data cache in AWS, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable access to product information across customer journeys.

Developing scalable APIs and integration services to connect platforms such as AEM, PIM, Coveo Search, and other digital tools will be a core part of your work.

You will develop event-driven, serverless solutions utilizing AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, Glue, DynamoDB, and Aurora, ensuring high availability and performance. Building and maintaining data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, supporting content metadata, search ingestion, and personalization, will be vital. You will also design and support various database services, including relational, NoSQL, and graph databases, to power complex digital experiences and customer journeys.

In addition,



you will configure and support CDN solutions such as Akamai or Wangsu, optimizing content delivery and performance. Partnering with teams across architecture, security, DevOps, and product management, you will ensure that AWS services are secure, resilient, and integrated seamlessly into the broader digital ecosystem. Implementing observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational support practices will be essential to maintain high service availability.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, infrastructure as code, and best practices to enhance platform reliability and delivery speed. Ensuring compliance with security standards, managing access controls, and applying secure engineering principles will be integral to your responsibilities. You will actively participate in agile processes, including backlog refinement, technical reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management, to support the ongoing evolution of our cloud services.
